Find A Mortgage Lender
Modular homes are built to conform to all state, local or regional building codes at their
destinations and are subject to local inspection to make sure the structure meets code,
just as a stick built home that is built entirely on site.  They are built on a permanent
foundation and generally appreciate in value just as a stick built home does.
For these reasons, modular homes are generally just as easy to finance as traditional stick
built homes.  However, there may be some lenders who are not as familiar with the
differences between modular homes and mobile homes, so it would be advantageous to
finance through a company that has specifically lent money to buyers of modular homes
before.
Below are links to lenders by state.  If you are a lender that is familiar with modular homes
and would like to be listed, please contact admin@modularresource.com.
