Hoopa Modular Cottage Series

       The Cottage line of homes is an exciting new line of homes, which are smaller and more
functional than a conventional home design, maximizing the “Bang for the Buck”. The Alpine 4
model can be configured with one or two bedrooms, ADA specifications and a pantry storage
area. Hoopa Modular is in the process of expanding the interior options for this line of
homes, which they feel will become a standard in the building industry in the near future.

     The inspiration for these smaller, eco-friendly homes came from Hoopa Modular's
participation in the HIP program, which provides quality modular homes to tribal members who
are living in substandard housing and are in need of replacement homes. In designing and
building these homes, Hoopa Modular saw the potential to create a new kind of home that fit
the needs and wants of consumers in the current market.

     Hoopa Modular in conjunction with their relationship with the Hoopa Tribal Housing
Authority, is leading the way in developing REAL solutions for the housing industry as we
weave our way through this ever changing economy in our country. We believe our new
program designed to provide eco-friendly, down-sized/compact, high quality and functional
homes, will be the new path for home building on the West Coast.   These homes will
incorporate the concept of eliminating wasted space, creating highly functional designs for all
aspects of usage, high tech interior options, innovative exterior, interior and roofing systems
and minimal impact on the environment. The homes will be market specific, niche designs.
