Hoopa Modular Homes
Hoopa Modular Homes are manufactured in a modern, state of the art facility on the Tribal
Lands in the Hoopa Valley. Since Hoopa Modular homes was founded by the Tribal Council in
2006, the factory has produced hundreds of homes for private, public and tribal customers and
Hoopa Modular continues to work on creating new and exciting designs for the future.
I am happy to make Hoopa Modular the first Featured Modular Home Manufacturer on the site for
a couple reasons. First, Hoopa Modular is actively working to produce homes that are Greener,
more functional and affordable.
Secondly, Hoopa Modular is different from most modular home manufacturers because they
make the home buying process much easier for the consumer than typical manufacturers. In most
cases, a modular home manufacturer has independent builders that are given a specific territory in
which they build homes for that factory. When a consumer decides to build a modular home, most
if not all of the interaction they have will be with the builder, rather than the manufacturer. The
builder is the one who sells the home to the consumer and helps them through the process of
picking the options, etc. The builder then places the order for the home and arranges for the
manufacturer to drop the house off at the location where it will be placed on its foundation. From
there, the finishing work is completed by the builder to the extent agreed upon (sometimes the
builder completes all the necessary work in the home, which is called "turnkey" and sometimes the
consumer and builder agree that to save money the consumer will complete some of the work
himself).
Hoopa Modular sets itself apart from many modular home manufacturers because of their ability
to provide a complete turnkey solution from start to finish. In other words, Hoopa Modular can
provide the manufacture of the house, as well as the finishing work. This improves communication
because instead of the customer dealing with a builder who then talks to a manufacturer the
customer deals directly with the manufacturer/builder. To understand how important this is,
consider that many modular home builders may have deals with multiple manufacturers so when a
customer talks to a builder or more likely a sales agent working for a builder it is possible to get
incorrect information about a particular question about a home which can lead to complications
down the road and sometimes slow down the building process.
In the near future, I will be adding useful content about Hoopa Modular to give consumers an
idea of how the modular home manufacturing process works. I will also be linking to a Hoopa
Modular blog which will give you information on what is going on at the factory, as well as upcoming
deals and new and innovative home plans.
